new solaris sunstar owner

Hello,
I just bought a 1993 solaris sunstar 36 in the USA. This boat is in California and I will sail it to New caledonia ( where I live) when some repairs will be done. I hope I have bought a tough boat !

I'm looking for anyone having or knowing a Sunstar 36 sailing under european flag. As I will register my boat under french flag, ( or another european flag) The french officials ask me for a CE certification. At the time the boat ws built, the CE certification did not exist, so, I must prouve that this boat is a blue water boat. If anybody sails a Sunstar 36 under an european flag, it could help me prouving that the boat was classified as an ocean passage maker.
